REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to our terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Timeframe:
At Boutique Alice, your satisfaction is our top priority!
You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, beyond this period, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Parcels stolen after delivery to your letterbox

  • Parcels delivered to a neighbour or left at your door in case of absence

⚠ No refunds will be issued for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please double-check your name and shipping address before confirming your order.

📌 Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Delivery time for a replacement product may vary depending on your location.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them – unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene-related items, they must be properly cleaned before beginning the return process.

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Socks

  • Specific hygiene-related items

RETURN PROCEDURE

📩 Return request:
To initiate a return, email us with your info at info@maison-belgravia.com.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Your full contact details

We have one return address located in China. Parcels returned to any other address will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Returns sent without prior notification will be considered invalid.

⚠ Returns are at your own risk:
Boutique Alice is not responsible for parcels lost or held at customs during return shipping.

📦 Return tracking:
You must provide a tracking number (Track & Trace) for your return. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of the parcel, and no refund will be issued.

REFUND PROCESSING

📍 Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.

  • If rejected: You will receive an explanation by email.

❗ Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please:

⚠ We are not responsible for parcels held by customs, either in the UK or in China. Only parcels received at our warehouse will be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

🚚 Return postage:
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

📍 Return location:
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
💰 Estimated return cost: from €20, paid by the customer.

EXCEPTIONS

📌 Defective item:
If you receive a defective product, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

📌 Refused delivery:
If a customer refuses delivery, a €25 fee will be deducted from the refund.
✅ To avoid this, we recommend accepting delivery and then following our return process.

📌 Lost parcel after dispatch:
Boutique Alice is not responsible for parcels lost after being dispatched.
Our shipping partners are reliable and deliver to the address provided at checkout.
A tracking link is always provided, and couriers make multiple delivery attempts.

💡 Tip: Check with neighbours or your building manager in case the parcel was left with them.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

🚨 Timeframe for cancellation:
Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipping.
You must contact us within 12 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

In most cases, we can still cancel the order. However, if the parcel has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

📌 If the order has been shipped, your refund will be processed once the items are returned and received at our warehouse.
